How can you contribute?
The Sales Manager Middle East is responsible for driving sales and managing the overall business development activities in the Middle East. The role is focused on rapidly growing the business in this region for NX Filtration. The goal is to create a market leader position based on our breakthrough membrane filtration technology. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible to grow, develop, manage the customer base and build a distributor/OEM/EPC network, with a main focus on Industrial water/wastewater applications. The Sales manager reports to the Sales Director EMEA.

The ideal candidate is an experienced sales manager with a successful track record of new sales, generating demand, and deal closures. The candidate will need to demonstrate the right competencies, growth mindset, and ability to build a customer network in the country. The job includes the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Reach out to industrial companies with a large water footprint to develop a business case for lowering water footprint, water re-use or wastewater treatment based on NX technology
  • Build a strong relationship with local municipalities convincing them for the need of direct hollow fiber nanofiltration to produce clean drinking water and treat municipal wastewater streams
  • Build a strong local distributor/OEM/EPC network
  • Secure profitable business across the region
  • Develop and implement actionable sales strategies and growth initiatives, identify and develop opportunity pipelines to drive profitable volume growth in all industries/ municipalities in the country/ region
  • Develop customer strategies and campaign plans, responsible for customer satisfaction, evaluation, plans, and follow through
  • Frequent Travel may be required as business need

Job requirements

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s Degree, chemical, chemical engineering or related major is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with solid sales leadership experience and proved performance
  • Ability to articulate customer needs in an effective way
  • Proved or demonstrated continuous performance in past years
  • Good knowledge in water and wastewater treatment and membrane filtration technologies
  • Self-starter, solid problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
  • Action Oriented. "Can do" and "does do" attitude; authentically engaged with people and situations
  • Accountable. Commits to stretch goals and delivers; holds self and team to highest performance standards
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • You are based in the Middle East
